At Epiphany, parents are always welcome and encouraged to get involved with their child's education. Being an active part of a child's educational experience creates an essential bond between home and school. Whether you are able to spend a few hours a week, a few hours a month or a few hours a year, your help is always appreciated. Some ideas for involvement include, but are not limited to:

• Attending school Masses
• Eating lunch with your child
• Volunteering in your child's classroom
• Responding to the needs of individual classroom teachers
• Becoming a member of PTO

Below you will find a complete list of volunteer needs. If you're not sure where you'd like to be involved, please fill out the attachment below titled "Parent Volunteer Form" and return to the school. Our volunteer coordinator will contact you to help you find an area to volunteer.

All volunteers of Epiphany Catholic School are required to complete a criminal history background check, "Protecting God's Children - Virtus training," and agree to the Code of Conduct prior to working with youth.  This includes but is not limited to all the volunteer opportunities listed on this form.

Virtus training sessions are offered frequently at Epiphany and throughout the Diocese.  Watch for details in the "Star Lights" or go to www.virtus.org to register. If you are in need of a Background Check or Code of Conduct form, they are available in the school office or you can call 763-754-1750 to request one.  Remember - do not sign the Background Check form until you are in the presence of a Notary.
